I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable for what you got in terms of service and basic amenities. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were spacious and had a comfortable king size bed, which made for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was not far from the airport and close to the city center. It was also within reach of the nice food market, which was a bonus. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast, which was delicious and had a good variety of options.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect and there was nothing that could be improved.

The hotel was perfect, good services provided, unbeatable location to find pharmacies. Amicable staff, special atmosphere, everything was good. We stayed in a brand-new suite with king size bed and nice design, as example. Location: the venue was so close to main boulevards, boutiques, cafes and restaurants, as well as markets, the nice food market, and the airport.

The complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch during the New Year festivities. the hotel had a prime location in the heart of the city and it was easy to explore the area. the rooftop terrace had a great view of the city and was a perfect spot to watch the fireworks.
The room was not clean and there were stains on the sheets. the staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared for the holiday rush.

The rooms were excellent, with comfortable king-sized beds and high-quality air conditioning and wifi. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, with good English skills and a willingness to do what they could to make our stay enjoyable. We particularly appreciated the daily cleaning of our room and the welcome sparkling water with lemon and orange. The location was good for getting to the airport and other parts of the city.
Although the breakfast spread was generally good, there were some items that were not always available, and on occasion, the selection was limited. We were also charged extra for an early arrival despite having made arrangements ahead of time.

We loved the location of this hotel, tucked away in a very quiet place but still close to the center of the city. It was just a short walk away from the nice food market, where we could find delicious local cuisine. The hotel facilities were also great, especially the well-maintained and very clean bathroom. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was rich and delicious.
Liked everything.

the hotel's terrace on the roof provides an amazing view of the surroundings, making it perfect for relaxing after a busy day. the staff and owners were very attentive and helpful with everything, and the breakfast was good. the hotel is close to the center of the city, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes on the main street nearby.
One of my requests was not taken care of even though I reminded the staff several times.

During my recent stay at a cozy hotel in Tashkent, I experienced the most very nice hospitality. When my partner fell ill with the flu, the staff provided a thermometer and offered assistance in finding pharmacies and medical help. They even allowed me to bring food to the room and accommodated our late-night request for fresh towels and bed sheets. The level of care and compassion was great. the comfortable room, excellent Wi-Fi, and refreshing welcome drinks made our stay more fun. Despite a few minor hiccups with breakfast and the room temperature, we were overall impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel for its really good staff and comfortable accommodations. our experience at this hotel was amazing and made our trip to Tashkent nice.
